摘要
高校为了实现毕业生高质量就业的工作目标,建立一套科学、实用的毕业生就业工作评价体系已成为必然趋势。通过引用CIPP评价模式,从就业工作条件、就业工作过程、就业工作绩效及附加项这四个维度,将定量指标与定性指标相结合,尝试性地设计高校毕业生就业服务评价体系,并对其应用予以了说明,以期丰富高校就业工作的理论与实践。
In order to promote the quality of employment, colleges need to establish a scientific evaluation system of employment for college graduates. The system is designed scientifically and based on the CIPP evaluation model, including context evaluation, process evaluation, product evaluation and additional items. It also combines the quantitative indicators and the qualitative indicators and makes some explanations. All this can help colleges to rich the theory and practice of the employment for college graduates.
