摘要
辅导员具有就业指导工作的职能。由于医学教育及其学生就业的特殊性,医学院校辅导员在开展就业指导方面具有特殊的要求,辅导员年轻化,非医学类专业的教师担任辅导员,以及赋予辅导员过高的就业工作要求,不利于就业工作取得实效。合理配置医学院校辅导员,既要注意其"质"和"量",也要注意避免辅导员职能"超值化"。医学院校应将具有医学类专业学历、具有一定医疗或医学教育工作经历作为聘任辅导员的基本标准,探索、完善辅导员工作标准和考核细则,使就业指导工作的开展更加有序、有力、有效。
The college counselors have the responsibility of guiding employment. Due to the particularity of medical education and its student employment, the medical college counselors have special requirement in terms of carrying out employment guidance counselors. Youth in age, non-medical major teacher as a counselor, and higher requirement for counselor on employment work are not in the interest of achieving effective employment work. It is necessary to pay attention to the "quality" and "quantity" in terms of the rational allocation of medical college counselors, but avoiding going beyond its duties. Medical colleges should consider medical graduates or persons with medical working experience professional as the basic standard to employ the counselors, explore and perfect the duty standard and assessment rules to make the employment work more orderly, validly and effective.
