陕西高校大学生就业心态差异调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Psychological Differences in Jobhunting Among Students in the Universities of Shanxi Province

就业心态问题是大学生求职过程中一个不可回避的心理问题。在国际国内经济形势影响下,就业的外部和内部环境发生了深刻变化,大学生对就业形势表现出普遍性的悲观认识和恐慌、焦虑等。而且年级差异、学科专业差异和学校类型差异引发的大学生在就业形势认识、就业情感、就业的态度、就业心理准备和行为倾向及选择等方面的差异明显。应通过创造更有利于大学生就业(创业)的环境,建立和完善就业服务网络平台,帮助和引导地方普通高校改革,提升学生的就业竞争力和社会适应力,加强就业观教育和职业指导等,帮助大学生缓解就业心理压力,形成良好的就业心态。

For most college students, the issue of employment mind-state has been an unavoidable psychological problem commonly encountered in their job hunting. Under the influence of the economic situation both at home and abroad, profound changes have taken place in both internal and external employment environment, in which college students have exhibited common pessimism, panic and anxiety. In addition, the differences in grades, disciplines, types of universities have brought about obvious differences among them in their knowledge of employment situation, emotion, attitude, preparedness and their behavioral tendency and choice, to their disadvantage. To deal with these differences and problems, this paper argues that further reforms in provincial universities can be promoted and guided by creating more favorable employment （enterprising） environment, establishing and optimizing employment service network;to uplift students＇ competitiveness in job-hunting and their social adaptability, to strengthen the development of their employment outlook and professional guidance, to help reduce their job-hunting pressure and preparation of positive employment mind-state.
