However, the traditional mode of vocational counseling for free normal students brings numerous problems such as lacking of customized instruction and professional counselor as well as eagerness for quick success and the out-dated contents. Regarding to these problems, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of college system management mode so as to explore the innovative mode of highquality vocational guidance for free normal students with the guideline of enhancing the vocational education ideas of becoming a life-long excellent teacher and the focus of improving students＇ all-round quality and teaching ability.
