Profits Position and Realization in Mordern Enterprise

本文通过对企业社会职能的分析指出 ,作为经济组织企业追求利润有其合理性 ,但企业不能以利润为唯一的经营目标 ,更不能超越社会规范去非法牟利。任何时候 ,企业对经济利益的追求都必须以满足其它市场主体的需要为前提 ,亦即必须能为社会提供一定的产品和服务 ,只有社会价值实现了 ,才有自身价值的实现 ,才有企业长期的利益。

The article, which is based on the analysis of enterprise*ss social function, points out that: as an economic organization, enterprise*ss aim of making profits realy sounds reasonable. However, to establish profit as a single aim, even making money by the way of illegal actions is far away from the society rules. The enterprise, at anytime, shall pursue its profit on the basis of meeting market*ss needs, that is to say it should provide society with products and service. Only when the society value is realized, so is the enterprise*ss value, and so comes a long term, steady enterprise*ss profit.
