摘要
电网在应对由于外界因素引发的突发性停电事故时,如何快速合理地进行电力应急资源调度至关重要。讨论了局部电力系统恢复特征和制定对应的恢复策略需要考虑的问题,并在重点考虑负荷顺位的前提下,讨论了包含多个待恢复区域和多个资源供应点的电力应急物资综合调度问题。利用模糊层次分析法对待恢复区域的负荷重要性进行排序,得出负荷顺位,确定优先级;搭建以资源调度时间、成本和惩罚成本最小为多目标的应急资源调度模型,将待恢复区域优先级以赋权系数形式涵入模型,实现负荷顺位应急资源。最后用算例证明了模型的可行性和适用性。
In dealing with the sudden power blackout caused by external factors, power emergency resources allocation schedule plays a very important role. This paper discusses the characteristics of local outages in a power system and ttre kev points thai need to be considered in formulating corresponding restoration stralegies. To solve the inicgrated scheduling problems which ineludes multiple areas to be restored and multiple resource storehouses, the FAHP is used to sort out and sequence the areas to be restored aeeording to the load importance and the priority is determine accordingly. An emergency resources allocation schedule model is established by taking the minimum total time. total cost and penalty cost as objective, and the p,'iority of areas to be restored is added in the model in the form of weigilting coefficient. so as to enst,re the areas witil higher priority to obtain emergency ,'esources. In the end. a ease study proved the feasibility aud applicalfility of the ,nodel.
