摘要
围绕变电站消防蓄给水系统设计,在系统集成、控制方式、自动巡检、故障分析等方面开展研究,将变电站蓄水、给水、稳压系统进行设计上的整合,提出了消防蓄给水系统集中控制的理念;研发了变电站消防蓄水给水系统智能控制装置,实现消防蓄水给水系统的压力、液位、流量、温度的实时监测及逻辑分析计算;利用开发的巡检模块,首次实现了消防蓄给水系统自动巡检,替代了人工巡检;开发了故障诊断模块,实现了设备故障诊断。工程实践表明,该系统及控制装置具有可靠性高、自动化程度高、可扩展性强、运行稳定等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。
In design of fire fighting water srorage & stpply in substation, a research is conducted on svslem integration, control mode. automatic, inspection. fault analysis of fire fighting. Through integration of the water storage & supply system and the pressure stabilization svslenl in design, a cenlralized control idea is put forward. An intelligenl control device of water storage & sttpply is developed for fire fighting in subslalion, whith can earry out real-time monitoring of the pressure, liquid level, flow, temperature of the water storaage & supply system. An automatic, inspection module is developed and used tor flu, Iirst time to replace manual inspection and a fault diagnosis module is developed lo realize the equipment fault diagnosis and early warning. The engineering application shows that the system and equipment has high reliabilily, high degree of automation, good extensibility and stable operation. It is therefore has a broad prospect of application.
