布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者的效果及护理

Effect of aerosol inhalation therapy of pulmicort respules combined with combivent and the holistic nursing on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者的疗效及护理方法.方法 选取老年COPD患者64例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组各32例.观察组予以布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗,给予整体护理,对照组患者单独给予复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗,实施常规护理.比较两组治疗有效率及护理满意率.结果 观察组总有效率为87.50％,明显高于对照组（71.87％）,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（x2=7.224,P＜0.05）.两组患者治疗前SAS、SDS得分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.实施护理干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS得分[（38.2±4.5）,（40.1±4.1）分]均明显低于对照组[（46.7±4.9）,（49.8±5.0）分],两组比较差异有统计学意义（t值分别为10.045,11.007;P ＜0.05）.观察组护理满意率为96.88％,明显高于对照组（87.50％）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=8.285,P＜0.05）.结论 布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入有助于提高老年COPD患者的疗效及护理满意度的提高.

Objective To explore the effect of aerosol inhalation therapy of pulmicort respules combined with Combivent and the holistic nursing care on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 32 cases.The observation group received the aerosol inhalation therapy of Pulmicort Respules combined with Combivent and the holistic nursing care.The control group received the aerosol inhalation therapy of Combivent and the routine care.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 87.50％ and was obviously higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （x2 =7.224,P ＜ 0.05）.The SAS score and the SDS score of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （t =10.045,11.007 ;P ＜ 0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.88％ and it was obviously higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （x2 =8.285,P ＜0.05）.Condusions The aerosol inhalation therapy of pulmicort respules combined with combivent and the holistic nursing care on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have significant effect and deserved promotion.
