摘要
产城融合体现了区域产业空间与社会空间协调发展的内在要求,是社会经济发展的必然。高新区作为区域产业聚集基地和现代化的新城区,其可持续发展必须解决好产业发展与城市功能的融合问题,这是推进产城融合的有效突破点。文章认为,高新区的发展必须融入产城融合理念,重点是要完善发展规划,以空间布局的科学化实现产业化与城市化的协调发展;构建现代产业体系和产业集群,以产业优化提升高新区发展的内生力和对城市的带动力;加强园区基础设施建设,以功能齐全化促进高新区与城市发展的融合。
Industry and city integration reflects the intrinsic request of the coordinated development of regional industry space and social space; it is the necessity of social and economic development. High-tech zone, as the base for regional industry aggregation and modem district, should well settle the problems in the integration of industrial development and city function which is the important breakpoint for industry and city integration. This paper considers that in the development of high-tech zone we should take the concept of industry and city integration, the point is to perfect the planning, to realize the coordinated development of industrialization and urbanization by scientific space distribution; to establish modem industrial system and industrial cluster, to promote the competitiveness of high tech zone by industrial upgrade; to strengthen the construction of industrial park infrastructure, in order to fully promote the functional integration ofhigh-tech zone and city.
