摘要
新型城镇化的重点是从土地城镇化转向人的城镇化。文章从分析农民工市民化对我国经济的巨大推动作用入手,探索推进农民工市民化的难点所在,对影响农民工市民化的制度性障碍进行分析,并提出了突破制度性障碍的对策建议:提升政府的公共服务能力,加快户籍制度改革,完善住房保障制度与社会保障制度改革,深化农村土地产权制度改革。
The focus of the new urbanization is people, not land. Based on the analysis of the people of migrant workers to start a huge role in promoting China＇s economy, this paper discovers the difficulties of promoting the citizenization of migrant workers, and analyzes the institutional barriers in the citizenization of migrant workers, and proposes solutions of breaking through the institutional barriers.
