Study on the Resource Integration Process of Enterprise in the Industrial Cluster

产业集群情境下企业如何获得持续发展是理论界和实践界关注的重要议题。通过资源整合,企业能够在动荡而复杂的环境下获取持续竞争优势。文章以产业集群作为研究情境,从资源整合的视角出发,将企业资源整合过程解构为三个方面:资源协调、资源选择和资源重构。同时,与非集群企业进行对比,归纳出集群企业资源整合的独特表现形式。最后,深入剖析了集群企业资源整合与成长绩效之间的作用机制。

The development of enterprise in the industrial cluster has become a main topic in theory and practice. Resource integration process and capability of enterprises is the key to obtain sustainable competitive advantage in the industrial cluster. Based on the view of resource integration, this paper firstly analyses the resource integration process, including resource coordination, resource selection, and resource reconfiguration. Compared with non-clustered firms it summed up the unique manifestation of resource integration about cluster firms. Finally, it analyzes deeply the mechanism between resource integration of cluster enterprises and growth performance.
