当归中4种金属微量元素的检测及其健康风险评价 被引量:8

摘要 为客观评价当归中金属微量元素对长期服用患者的健康影响,在当归的道地产区随机选取了9个采样点,采用高效毛细管电泳法同时检测当归中Mn、Fe、Mo、Cu四种金属微量元素含量,并对当归中的4种金属微量元素进行健康风险评价.结果表明,9个采样点中,有5个采样点当归的危害指数大于1,4种微量元素中Cu和Mo是影响人体健康的主要因素. The metal trace elements distribution characteristics of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and their evaluation of potential risk were studied based on the research of Geo-authentic Producing Areas in Gansu Province. In this study, the contents of Mn, Fe, Mo, Cu in Radix Angelicae Sinensis were detected by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis simultaneously. Based on this, the human health risk assessment of Mn, Fe, Mo, Cu were investigated. The results show that the hazard index of 5sampling points exceed 1 among the nine sampling areas, and Cu and Mo were the main elements which served as a hazard to the human health.
