OpenCV-based size measurement systems for high temperature forging

摘要 测量系统采用位移传感器、测距传感器与工业相机相结合的方式对锻件进行测量,其中:用测距传感器确定锻件边缘,用位移传感器读出锻件边缘位置,用工业相机提高锻件测量精度.系统通过引入开源计算机视觉库(OpenCV),使得锻件图片处理的精度与速度得到有效提高,从而提高了锻件测量的精确性与效率.该系统只关注锻件边缘部分,使测量过程更加简单,系统无须标定,使测量更加方便,并且系统测量精度可以达到±1mm. Displacement sensors, distance measuring ones and industrial cameras were used in measurement systems to measure forgings. In those devices, the distance measuring sensors were used to determine the forgings, the displacement sensors to read out the edges of the forgings and the cameras to improve the measured precision of the forgings. By introducing OpenCV into the system, the accuracy and speed of the processing of the forging′s images were improved effectively. The system was only concerned with the edge portion of the forging, making the measurement process easier, and the forgings were measured without calibration, making the operation more convenient, and the system measurement accuracy can reach ±1 mm.
