康德内在自由观批判——基于女性主义视角

Critique on Intrinsic Ideas of Freedom of Kant——In Feministic Perspective

康德的自由思想在人类思想史上留下了永恒的印记。从女性视角来看,康德的自由思想在根本上是男性中心主义的。康德赞成父权制意识形态,其自由概念建立在一套男性的利益基础之上,将女性的弱者地位归于天性使然。尽管如此,康德自由精神的普遍主义品质又内在地包含着消解其男性主义的逻辑可能或通道。康德至高的道德律或定言命令蕴含了妇女解放的思想,这正是突破其理论局限而成为女性争取自由平等的理论动力。

Kant's idea of freedom left permanent marks in the intellectual history of human,but Kant's idea on freedom is the male chauvinism in essence.Kant is in favor of patriarchal ideology,and his concept of freedom is based on the interests of a male,attributing the female weak position to her inborn nature.Nevertheless,the universalism quality of Kant thought of freedom also contains the intrinsic possible resolution to the masculine logic.Kant's supreme moral law or categorical imperative contains the ideas of women's liberation,which is the breakthrough to its theoretical limitations and becomes the theoretical dynamic to women striving for freedom and equality.
