摘要 《高等教育研究》(Research in Higher Education)是美国最重要、最具代表性的高等教育研究期刊。对该期刊2006-2010年间论文的作者群、研究方法、研究选题等方面特征的分析表明,它的核心作者群主要分布在发达国家,尤以美国居多;且高度重视数据调查法等定量研究方法,重点研究本科生教学、大学绩效和组织氛围、少数族裔学生等关涉学生、质量、绩效、公平的问题。与此相比较,中国高等教育研究的作者群中,拥有高等教育管理者身份的研究者表现异常活跃;在研究方法领域,方法意识比较混乱、方法运用相对滞后;在研究选题方面,"高等教育理论"和"学校管理"等是重要的论题。对比美国高等教育的研究状况,中国大陆高等教育研究的深化与完善,任重而道远。 Research in Higher Edu cation is the most important,representative and influential periodical in US.By the analysis of its paper from 2006 to 2010,this study indicates that many of the writers are distributed in the developed countries,most of them are in US.Moreover,the main research mehods are quantitative research such as data investigation and so on.And the contents are mainly undergraduate teaching,administration of higher education,minorities,and are concerned with student,quality,and equity.Comparing to this,writers of the Chinese higher education research are mainly administrators of higher education.As for the research methods,there is not many quantitative research.As for the contents,many of them are theories of higher education and school administration.Therefore,by comparing the research of higher education between China and US we can see that there is a long way for improving Chinese higher education reaearch.
