摘要
以某大型组装式压缩机定子结构为研究对象,使用通用有限元软件ANSYS计算分析了定子结构在气体内压、结构自重、进出气口法兰的外力和弯矩、转子通过轴承传递的振动激励以及温度荷载作用下的结构整体与关键部位的应力和变形,验证了设计方案的合理性与有效性,并根据分析结果对定子结构的设计提出了指导性建议。
Stator structures of an large type integrally geared compressor are analyzed by finite element method through ANSYS in this paper. Many loads are applied to the model with appropriate methods, such as inner pressure, dead weight, forces and moments on inlet and outlet flanges, vibration excitations from rotor running, thermal loads, etc. Then, equivalent stresses and deformations about the whole model and key locations are extracted from analytical results. And the design proposal of compressor stator is proved to be reasonable and valid. Finally, based on the FEA results, some suggestions are proposed to get the optimal structural designing.
