摘要
针对两例离心压缩机在现场运行中,由于段间隔板出现问题而引发事故,阐述了隔板可靠性设计对压缩机长周期、安全稳定运行的重要作用。并对案例进行了具体原因分析,找出解决方案。最后给出段间隔板可靠性计算的两种方法。
Aiming at the two failures caused by diaphragm between stages during centrifugal compressor operation on site, this paper specified the important role of diaphragm reliability design for the centrifugal compressor long cycle, safety and stable operation. The concrete reason for the failures was analyzed and the solving scheme was found. Finally two methods of diaphragm reliability design were given.
