近年来,美国采取了两极化的刑事政策,取得了令人瞩目的犯罪控制效果。两极化刑事政策针对不同的犯罪类型,以多元化刑罚理念为支撑,促成了一系列刑事司法制度改革。以美国的刑事政策为镜,有助于我国宽严相济刑事政策的自我反思和完善。因此,本文通过分析两极化刑事政策的主要表现,探索美国刑事政策对于我国的借鉴意义。

In recent years, the United States has adopted polarized criminal policy, obtaining a certain victory on crime control Based on diversitied penalty ideas, cffminal judicial reform was conducted to satisfy special needs of different kinds of crime control. The United States criminal policy would help to reflect and improve Chinese criminal policy. Therefore, this paper tries to draw on the experience of polaffzed criminal policy to provide valuable suggestion for Chinese criminal policy.
