摘要
本文对普通话水平测试发展历程分期问题进行讨论。文章对学术界已有分期法进行了梳理和总结,提出分期的方法和依据,并提出"两阶段四时期"的分期方法。文章还对每个阶段和时期的界标、社会背景、学术背景、主要特征及代表性成果进行了讨论。
This article discusses the division of the history of Putonghua Proficiency Test（Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi,PSC）.After summarizing the existing divisions as well as their foundations,the article puts forward a dividing method—‘two stages and four periods’.Furthermore the paper illustrates the boundary marks,the historical and academic backgrounds,the principal characteristics and representative achievements at each stage and period.
