改革开放以来海峡两岸竞技体育领域交流回顾与展望

Retrospect and Prospect of the Cross-strait Competitive Sports Events from 1979 to 2012

采用文献资料法、现场调研法,调阅两岸管理机构相关政策法规、年鉴记事、统计报表,收集整理自1979年以来有关海峡两岸竞技体育领域交流的资料,运用体育学、社会学、历史学、系统理论等相关领域的理论方法,回顾海峡两岸竞技体育领域交流的轨迹、成因、绩效及规律,演绎海峡两岸竞技体育深度交流合作前景及双赢新局面的开创。研究认为:竞技体育的互动对海峡两岸社会的沟通、交流合作和阶段突破性进展起着特殊的作用;两岸竞技体育交流合作的深入发展已来到了一个新的起点;恪守"奥运模式"是两岸竞技体育交流合作事务处理的基石;与祖国大陆奥运战略的对接将是一条台湾竞技体育跨越式发展通道;建立"大中华竞技体育圈"促使两岸和平统一发展,文化先行、体育先试是最佳选择。

This is a research based on a thorough review of the Cross-strait Competitive Sports events with help of documents consultation and field research, summarizing the reasons ; the processes ; the routine and the significance of those exchanges. The study shows that the exchanges in competitive sports across the straits contribute to good relationship and between the two sides by enhancing communications and co-operations in many aspects. It ushers in further co-operations. Meanwhile, the further exchanges and co-operations in competitive sports between the two sides will be, with a win- win benefit and the O- lympic spirits as basis, hopeful and buoyant. The co-operation with mainland to build nationwide competitive sports will be positive alternative for Chinese Taiwan to enhance its level in competitive sports and to achieve the peaceful development of the relationship of the two sides which could in turn lead to the unification of China. The information on which the study based was gathered from the documents cross the Taiwan-Straits. The data collected include： laws and regulations; records of events and statistical statements from the related organizations from two sides since 1979. Research methods taken are as vari- ous as there are case-control study, real evidence, analysis, survey, interview and together with related theories of sports sci- ence, sociology, history and system-theory.
