白鹤藤醇提物止血作用及其机理的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究白鹤藤醇提物的止血作用及其作用机理。方法药材以95%乙醇提取得浸膏,采用小鼠血浆复钙时间(PRT)、凝血时间(CT)、断尾出血时间(BT)实验及大鼠血浆复钙时间、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)实验,考察白鹤藤醇提物的止血、促凝血作用。结果白鹤藤醇提物与空白组比较,低、中、高剂量组均能明显缩短小鼠PRT(P<0.01)、大鼠PRT(P<0.05,P<0.01)、PT(P<0.01);中、高剂量组显著缩短小鼠CT(P<0.01)、BT(P<0.01)、大鼠APTT(P<0.01)。结论白鹤藤醇提物具有较好的止血、促凝血作用;止血作用机理推测可能通过激活内源性和外源性凝血系统凝血因子,缩短大鼠凝血酶原时间而发挥作用。 Objective To explore the hemostasis effect and mechanism of Argyreia acuta Lour extract. Methods The hemostasis and thrombosis effect of Argyreia cu:uta Lour extract were investigated. Tile plasma recaleification time ( PRT), coagulation time (CT) and bleeding time (BY) in mice were examined. The plasma recalcification time (PRT) ,prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (ALT) in rats were detected. Results Compared with the control group, Argyreia acuta Lout extract with low, middle and high dose groups significantly reduced PRT (P 〈 0.01 ) in mice and PRT (P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ), PT (P 〈 0. 0.01 ) in rats. Meantlme,Argyreta acuta Lour extract with middle and high dose groups also decreased CT (P 〈0.01 ), BT (P 〈 0.01 ) in mice and AFIT (P 〈 0.01 ) in rats. Conclusion Argyreia acuta Lour extract exhibits the hemostasis and thrombosis effect, which may be related to promotion of coagulation function and reduction of PT.
