摘要
目的了解Cd44v6和fascin-1蛋白在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,测定乳腺癌组织芯片中Cd44v6和fascin-1蛋白的表达。结果 65例乳腺癌组织中fascin-1和Cd44v6蛋白的表达明显升高(P<0.05),fascin-1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、分级、雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、Cerb-2、Ki-67、P53及P16无关联性(P>0.05),与肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Cd44v6蛋白的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤的大小、ER、PR、P53及P16无关联性(P>0.05),与肿瘤的分期、淋巴结转移、Cerb-2及Ki-67的表达有关联(P<0.05)。结论 Fascin-1和Cd44v6蛋白的表达在乳腺癌的发生发展中具有重要意义,对于乳腺癌的诊断及治疗具有指导作用。
Objective To study the expression,significance and relationship of Cd44v6 and fascin-1 protein in invasive breast cancer. Methods The expression of Cd44v6 and fascin-1 in breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expression of Cd44v6 and fascin-I protein in breast cancer tissues increased significantly (P 〈 0.05). The expression of fascin-1 protein was not correlated to the patients' age, grade, ER, PR, Cerb-2, Ki-67, P53 and P16 ( P 〉 0.05 ) , but associated with tremor size,lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of Cd44v6 protein was not correlated to the patients' age, tumor size, ER, PR, P53, and P16 ( P 〉 0.05 ) , but associated with the tumor staging,lymph node metastasis, Cerb-2 and Ki-67 expression ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of Cd44v6 and fascin-1 protein shows a great significance in the development of breast cancer, and may be provide an evidence for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
