摘要
心室重构是多种心血管疾病发展到慢性心功能不全的重要病理基础,基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)能降解细胞外基质,在细胞外基质胶原重构过程中具有重要作用,而钙离子是细胞内第二信使,与多种细胞的生物功能相关。近年来研究表明,钙离子与MMP-9所致心室重构相关。本文就钙离子在MMP-9相关心室重构中的作用予以综述。
Ventricular remodeling is an important pathological basis of chronic cardiac insufficiency including a variety of cardiovascular diseases.
