盐酸青藤碱二元醇质体凝胶抗炎镇痛作用及皮肤刺激性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的考察盐酸青藤碱二元醇质体(SHBE)凝胶的抗炎镇痛效果及皮肤刺激性。方法镇痛作用采用小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法进行考察;建立大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,研究SHBE凝胶对模型大鼠足肿胀及滑膜关节组织的影响,评价其抗炎效果;以家兔为实验动物进行皮肤刺激性考察,并与同浓度的SH一元醇质体(SHE)凝胶及普通SH凝胶进行比较。结果与普通SH凝胶比较,SHE凝胶及SHBE凝胶均可显著提高小鼠的热痛阈值,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05),并对佐剂引起的大鼠足肿胀关节炎有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05);与SHE凝胶相比,SHBE的上述效果更明显(P<0.05);3种SH凝胶在家兔皮肤上均无显著性刺激。结论 SHBE凝胶具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用,且无明显刺激性,值得进一步研发。 Objective To evaluate the effect of sinomenine hydrochloride binary ethosomes(SHBE) gels on anti-inflammation,analgesia and skin irritation.Methods The analgesic effect of SHBE gels was studied by hot plate and acetic acid-induced stretching in mice,the anti-inflammatory effect was investigated by observation of changes in paw swelling and growth of synovial joint tissue using rat adjuvant arthritis model.The skin irritation was examined in healthy rabbits.The results of SHBE gels were compared with those of SH ethosomes(SHE) gels and common SH gels.Results Compared with common SH gels,the pain threshold in mice was significantly increased,the stretching response frequency was notably decreased(P 0.05),and the paw swelling in rats was significantly inhibited when treated with SHE gels and SHBE gels(P 0.05).Compared with SHE gels,the above effect was more distinct when treated with SHBE gels(P 0.05).There was no significant skin irritation in rabbits treated with three SH gels.Conclusion SHBE gels with apparent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and little skin irritation is valuable to be further studied.
