摘要
文中从试验的角度研究了锯齿形翅片散热器的风冷性能。锯齿形翅片散热器具有结构复杂、不易仿真实施的特点。文中系统介绍了锯齿形风冷散热器的典型结构形式以及风冷性能测试系统原理、性能和测试分析结果,从试验实测的角度研究了锯齿形翅片散热器的应用选型及其与散热量、风量、风压等的关系,分析了翅片参数(翅高、翅宽、翅片节距)对散热性能的影响,对电子产品散热的风冷设计具有较高的参考价值。
The thermal performance of an air-cooling radiator with slit fins is presented. The radiator has complicated structure characteristics and is not easy to study by simulation. The typical structure of the radiator, the thermal performance test system principle and the test analysis result are introduced. The type selection of the radiator and its relationship with the air pressure, air volume and dissipation volume are analyzed based on the test. The influence of fin parameters (fin height, fin width, gap width) on the thermal performance is experimentally analyzed. It can be used as a reliable criterion for designing slit fins of air-cooling radiators.
