摘要
阐述了石墨/石蜡复合PCM(相变材料)相较于传统PCM的优势,介绍了相变储热器的设计及工艺填充方法。通过实验验证了基于等效比热法的相变储热器的仿真和优化。从而简化了传统PCM在电子设备短时温控领域应用中的设计、计算、强化传热、封装问题,为石墨/石蜡复合PCM储热器设计及应用提供参考。
The advantages of graphite/paraffin PCM (Phase Change Material) compared with traditional PCM are discussed. The design of PCM container and method of filling process are discussed. Simulation and optimization of PCM container based on the method of equivalent specific heat are verified experimentally. Consequently, the design, calculation, heat transfer enhancing and packaging of traditional PCM in short-time temperature control of electronics are simplified, providing a reference for the design and application of graphite/paraffin PCM container.
