摘要
文中介绍了某型雷达在场地受限制无法使用现代化起重机械吊装的情况下,采用的简易大载荷组合多功能龙门吊的结构设计、虚拟装配、验证和实施。该龙门吊吊装载荷大且具有多种吊装模式,结构简单,易于拼装和拆卸,解决了在特定条件下进行大型雷达天线阵面吊装和拼装的难题,可供类似情况下的吊装工程借鉴。
This paper describes the structure design, virtual assembly, validation and implementation of the combined large load multi-functional gantry crane used by a radar when the modern lifting machinery can not be used for site limitation. The gantry crane lifting load is large. It has several lifting modes, simple structure and is easy to assemble and disassemble. It has solved the problems of lifting and assembly of large radar antenna array in special conditions. It can be used as a reference for lifting under similar circumstances.
