摘要
精密熔模铸造是一种先进的净成型技术,具有高精度、高效、低耗等优点,在雷达产品的研制中具有很大的应用前景。文中结合雷达产品几种典型构件的结构和要求,探讨了几种影响产品精密铸造成型的关键技术,给出了应用精密铸造成型方法所取得的显著效果。最后,为进一步推动精密铸造技术在雷达产品中的应用,指出了当前制约其应用的主要问题及发展方向。
The investment casting is an advanced near net shape technology with high precision, high efficien- cy and low loss performance. It has great potential in the radar component manufacture. In this paper some key technologies which affect the quality of the casting work piece are discussed, combined with the structure and requirements of several typical radar components. Some effective applications in radar components are given. To promote further application of the investment casting to radar components, the development trend and the main problems which restrict the technology development are pointed out.
