Synergistic Mechanism of Intellectual Property and Technical Standard in ICT Industry——Based on the synergetic theory

本文将协同学原理创造性地运用到信息和通信技术(ICT)产业协同竞争的研究中,分析知识产权与技术标准在ICT产业中协同机理。研究表明,两者协同对ICT产业竞争的积极影响,为知识产权、技术标准、产业竞争的关联机制研究提供了一个全新的理论视角和分析框架。

The synergetic theory is a trans-disciplinary science which crosses natural and social science. The major theme in research of the synergetie theory is that how sub-systems in a system create a macro space struc- ture, time structure or functional structure by competition and cooperation. The basic principles of the synergetic theory are applied to analyze the influence of intellectual property and technical standard on the development of information and communications technology （ICT） industry. The results show that the synergistic mechanism has a positive effect on ICT industry, and a novel academic view and analytical frame to study on the relations among intellectual property, technical standard and industry competition is provided.
