Application of Tracer Methodology in Severe Traumatic Injury Patients Medical Management

目的探讨个案追踪法在重度创伤患者管理中的使用效果。方法运用个案追踪方法,对重度创伤急诊患者的诊疗过程追踪,对治疗、护理过程中的不安全因素进行讨论。结果运用个案追踪方法能够对患者的诊疗过程进行全面的分析,提高医疗服务质量。结论个案追踪法是急诊医学科保障患者安全、提升急救护理品质、和谐医患关系的可行方法。

Objective To discuss the using effect of tracer methodology in the management of severe traumatic injury patients. Methods Using tracer methodology to trace diagnosis and treatment process of severe traumatic injury patients. The unsafe factors in the process of treatment and nursing are discussed. Results The whole diagnosis and treatment process of severe traumatic injury pa- tient could be analyzed by using tracer methodology. Conclusion Tracer methodology could contribute to enhance patient safety, im- prove emergency nursing care quality and Harmonize doctor-patient relationship.
