恶性淋巴瘤是一大组复杂的淋巴造血系统恶性肿瘤的总称,2001年世界卫生组织正式出版了淋巴造血组织肿瘤的分类,WHO(2008版)淋巴瘤分类对原有类型作出了必要修正,并增加了近年来被认识和明确的新类型,霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)的分型没有变动,编码员只有熟练掌握淋巴瘤的主要分型,找相关资料或向病理科医师请教,才能提高对淋巴瘤分类的准确率。

Malignant lymphoma is a complex set of lymphatic hematopoietic system malignant tumor. In 2001, the World Health Organization （WHO） published the classification of the lymphatic hematopoietic tumors. The WHO （2005） made the necessary modification of lymphoma classification, and increased new types that were recognised and determined in the past few years. The classification of Hodgkin lymphoma （HL） had no change. Coders should master the main types of lymphoma, search relevant information or consult pathologists to improve the lymphoma classification accuracy.
