恶性肿瘤随访信息管理系统的研究

为了克服传统随访工作效率低、准确性差、查阅困难等缺点,在参考国内外肿瘤专科医院随访信息管理系统的基础上,利用病案管理系统、门诊挂号系统、电子病案系统,设计并建立适合恶性肿瘤随访信息管理系统,实现恶性肿瘤随访信息数字化管理。该系统实现了恶性肿瘤患者随访信息的录入、编辑功能,定期提醒随访患者名单,并提供了统计报表、多条件数据检索、导出excel等辅助功能。操作简单、功能齐全,将现有的手工随访工作流程体现到电子信息化平台上,有效提高了随访工作效率。

In order to overcome the low efficiency, poor accuracy and difficulties of statistics, and realize follow-up information digital management of malignant tumor, we design and build a malignant tumor follow-up information management system on the basis of follow-up information management system of the tumor hospital at home and abroad, by medical record management system, outpatient registration system, the electronic medical record system. The system achieved such function as inputting, editing, re- minding manager of patients list periodically, and provide the statistics, data retrieval, export excel. It has simple operation and com- plete function. It reflected manual follow up work process into the electronic information platform, thus effectively enhances the working efficiency of the follow-up.
