建立完整的传染病教学病例资料库,服务对象从学生扩展到医学生和医生,病例资料从传统的简单素材扩展成多元化的内容及形式,病例库从纸版不断向电子化转化。需要建设电子化病例资料查询系统,并与医院电子病历库相连,解决数据检索和展现、解决数据可持续增量更新等问题。病例资料库的建立对医学生教育及医生的继续教育提供了辅助支持作用。

We establish a complete teaching cases database of infectious diseases. The service object expand to medical students and doctors. The clinical data expanded from the traditional simple material to the diversified content and form. The cases database change from paper pattern to electronic pattern. We need to build electronic case information query system, and connect it with the hospital electronic medical records. It can solve problems of the data retrieval and show, and the sustainable incremental updating data. The establishment of the Case database can provide auxiliary support for the Continuing education of medical students and the doctor.
