临床护理教学实施领导、管理、服务"三位一体"的管理模式,强调"领导"提出引导方向,"管理"侧重督查教学质量,"服务"着重教学、教师和学生三者紧密结合,形成团结向上的氛围,推动医院的护理教学快速发展,提高临床护理教学的管理水平。
