Teaching Practice of Improving the Medical Postgraduate's Ability on Reading Literature

开展以医学研究生为主体,查阅国际泌尿领域相关最新文献,以PPT方式汇报,由带教老师点评的教学尝试。这种教学主要是督促研究生主动、积极了解专科最新知识,调动其对临床工作的兴趣,促进研究生的科研意识。随后的问卷调查显示,绝大多数学生对这种教学方法非常满意,希望在以后临床实践中适当穿插此种教学模式,可以培养研究生独立查阅英文文献、提高研究生的科研能力,培养经常阅读外文文献的习惯,锻炼了学生的语言表达能力。

We try to carried out a new teaching mode for graduate students which is Reported in PPT after looking up international urology areas related latest literatures. This kind of new teaching mode can improve their interest to clinical and their research awareness. Majority of students believed this kind of practical teaching is very helpful and hope that such teaching method should be used as much as possible in the future. This kind of teaching mode can improve the student＇s enthusiasm and initiative, improve the ability of reading literature by themselves, and train the habit of reading literature and improve the expression skill.
