无痛内窥镜诊疗案例分析

Cases Analysis of Pain-free Endoscope Diagnose/Therapy

目的分析住院患者实施无痛内窥镜诊疗的情况和发展趋势,为开展无痛医疗提供参考。方法对2008年1月-2012年12月实施无痛内窥镜诊疗的病例进行回顾性分析。结果接受无痛内窥镜诊疗的数量的比例从2009年开始呈明显增长的态势,无痛内窥镜诊疗病例中,35岁-55岁年龄段病例数最多(64.92%)。2011年和2012年75岁以上老年病例数分别达到354例、367例,<15岁组病例数分别为178例、238例,增速明显。各类型无痛内窥镜诊疗病例比例近年来总体呈增长趋势。结论无痛内窥镜诊疗技术是顺应时代潮流发展的产物,医务工作者应充分认识开展无痛内窥镜诊疗的必要性和意义。

Objective To analyze the condition of pain-free endoscope diagnose/therapy in a hospital and development tendency. Methods To retrospectively analyze the cases of pain-free endoscope diagnose/therapy in a hospital from January 2008 to December. Results The number and proportion of pain-free endoscope diagnose/therapy were obviously increased since 2009. The cases number of 35 to 55 years old age group is the highest （64.92%）. The number of elderly eases （ 〉 75ys） were 354, 367 respectively in 2011 and 2012. The number of （ 〈 15ys） cases were 178, 238 respectively in 2011 and 2012. All kinds of pain-free endoscope diagnose/ therapy cases had an increased tendency during these years. Conclusion Pain-free endoscope diagnose/therapy is the development trend of the times and medical worker should recognize the necessity and significance of carrying out pain-free endoscope diagnose/ therapy.
