护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者家庭氧疗依从性的影响分析

The Impact Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Family Oxygen Therapy Compliance of COPD Patients

目的探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者家庭氧疗依从性的影响。方法对2009年1月-2011年12月期间73例COPD患者家庭氧疗依从性情况进行调查分析,对所有患者实施护理干预,评价护理干预对提高患者家庭氧疗依从性的效果。结果本组73例患者经过护理干预后,总依从率为95.9%,显著高于干预前的76.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);氧疗总有效率为97.3%,显著高于干预前的79.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过有效的护理干预可以显著提高COPD患者的氧疗依从性,提高治疗效果,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on family oxygen therapy compliance of COPD patients. Methods The family oxygen therapy compliance of 73 cases of COPD patients were investigated and analyzed from January 2009 to December 2011. Evaluating the effect of nursing intervention on improving patients family oxygen compliance. Results After nursing intervention, the total compliance rate of 73 patients was 95.9%, significantly higher than before the intervention 76.7%, the dif- ference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; The total effective rate was 97.3%, significantly higher than before the intervention 79.5%, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing intervention can improve the com- pliance of oxygen therapy COPD patients, enhance the treatment effect, and is worth further clinical use.
