图书情报学核心期刊零被引论文及应对措施

Non-cited papers in core journals of library and information science and their countermeasures

对2000、2004、2008年连续3次被收入《中文核心期刊要目总览》的15种图书情报学核心期刊上的零被引论文、基金论文和学科类目进行了分析,提出了不可盲目扩大信息量、不能简单地以一篇论文是否发表在核心期刊上而判断其学术质量,不可以有无基金资助断定一项研究的深度和水平,并建议增加零被引论文比例指标,完善现有的评价体系。

After the non-cited papers, fund-supported papers, and subject classes in 15 core journals of library and information science covered in 2000 edition, 2004 edition and 2008 edition of The Principle List of Chinese Core Journals were analyzed, it was pointed out in this paper that the information should not be expanded indiscriminately, the academic level of a paper should not be judged simply according t,o whether it was published in a core journal or not, the depth and level of a research should not assessed in light of whether it was fund-supported or not, and some suggestions were proposed for the solution of such problems, such as increasing the ratio of non-cited papers and perfecting the present assessment system.
