介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤46例临床分析

Clinical study on 46 cases of interventional embolism cure intracalvarium aneurysm

目的观察颅内不同部位和类型动脉瘤介入治疗疗效，总结个体化治疗经验。方法回顾性分析46例不同部位和类型共51个动脉瘤栓塞治疗的临床资料。结果51个动脉瘤完全闭塞43个，闭塞95％以上5个，闭塞90％以上3个，术中动脉瘤破裂2例，死亡1例，成功随访30例。3～12个月无复发。结论对不同部位和类型颅内动脉瘤采用可脱性弹簧圈栓塞及支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞疗效可靠。

Objective Observe the effects of interventional therapy on aneurysm in different departments and of different types, conclude experiences of individual therapy. Methods Look back and analyze the clinical materials of 46 cases of aneurysm embolotherapy in different de- partments and 51 cases of different types of aneurysm embolotherapy. Results 51 aneurysms, 43 cases of full closed up, 5 cased of over 95% closed up, 3 cased of over 90% closed up, two case of aneurysm breaking up in which there was one death, Fl. up 30 cases in 3 - 12 months and no relapse. Conclusion the effects of Detachable coil embolization and stent assisted coil embolization on aneurysm in different departments and of different types are stable.
