载脂蛋白A5和C反应蛋白检测在糖尿病患者中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)和C反应蛋白(CRP)与2型糖尿病的关系(T2DM).方法 参考WHO1999诊断标准,选取苏州市立医院北区2010年3~11月内分泌科确诊的T2DM患者62例作为病例组,同时选择112名健康体检者作为对照组,采用ELISA方法检测所有对象血清ApoA5水平,常规化学方法检测血清CRP和其它血脂水平.结果 T2DM组血清ApoA5浓度为494.2±233.1 ng/ml,显著低于健康对照组(668.2±357.0 ng/ml,t=3.876,P=0.000).血清ApoA5浓度与CRP,TG负相关,相关系数r分别为-0.17(P=0.029)和-0.28(P=0.017),与HDL-C呈正相关(r=0.16,P=0.031).结论 ApoA5与T2DM关系密切,检测血清ApoA5水平对于T2DM的早期诊断、早期干预具有重要意义. Objective To explore the relationship between apolipoprotein A5 (ApoAS), C-reactive protein(CRP) and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Serum levels of ApoA5 in 62 T2DM patients (refer to WHO1999 diagnostic criteria) of patients group and 112 healthy individuals of control group were detected by ELISA method, and serum levels of CRP and lipid were detected by biochemical method. Results Serum ApoA5 level of T2DM patients was 494.2±233.1 ng/ml,which was significantly lower than the healthy individuals (668. 2 ±357.0 ng/ml, t= 3. 876, P= 0. 000). The pearson correlation a- nalysis showed that the serum ApoA5 level was negatively correlated with CRP (r= -0. 17, P= 0. 029), TG (r= -0.28, P =0. 017) ,and was positively correlated with the serum level of HDL-C (r= 0.16, P = 0. 031). Conclusion ApoA5 was closely related with T2DM. It may have potential clinical significance in prevention and intervention of T2DM to monitor the serum ApoA5 level.
