摘要 目的 建立区域性临床检验室间质评网络平台,增加中南六省省际间区域性临床检验结果的准确性和可比性.方法 基于WEB方式和统计学基础充分发挥B/S和C/S平台的各种特性,搭建一个集功能性、易用性、完整性、安全性于一体的综合平台,将分散在中南六省的医疗机构集中并构建统一的区域性评价平台.结果 CLInet EQA网络平台充分利用计算机技术,将数据库应用、数据仓库等技术集成在一起,提供高效、便捷的数字化应用平台.系统平台主要由实验室、省级临床检验中心、客服远程管理三级平台构成.结论 中南六省区域性临床检验室间质评网络平台的建立,为省际区域性临床检验室间质评高效地解决了从各参加实验室上报数据汇总,到对各种数据进行处理、统计、分析,并提供大量详尽的图形和计算结果,以及最后回报质量评价结果等一系列工作. Objective To establish regional external quality assessment (EQA) net work platform on clinical laboratories from six provinces in central-southern China and improve the accuracy and comparability of inter-laboratory results. Methods Based on web and statistics, B/S and C/S platforms were used to establish a regional evaluation platform which was a comprehensive platform integrating function, usability, integrality and security to gather the dispersed medical institutes from six provinces in central-southern China. Results The integration of computer technology, database application and data warehouse technology was applied on CLI-net EQA network platform to build an efficient and convenient digital application platform. The systematic platform consisted of clinical laboratory, provincial center for clinical laboratory and long-distance customer service three-level platforms. Conclusion The regional EQA network platform could make data collection,process- ing, statistical analysis and results feedback more convenient and also could provide the detailed figures and results.
