腹膜透析患者容量负荷评估及容量管理的研究进展

Research progress on volume overload assessment and management in peritoneal dialysis patients

文章阐述了腹膜透析患者容量负荷的评估方法,即多频生物电阻抗法、临床评估法、实验室检查法及影像学评估法,并从限制水盐摄入、保护残肾功能、选择合适的透析模式及保护腹膜功能方面提出了容量管理策略。为临床有效、准确地评估腹膜透析患者容量负荷状态,选择合适的容量管理策略,预防心血管疾病的发生提供循证依据。

This article reviewed the methods of volume overload in peritoneal dialysis （PD） patients such as multifrequency bioelectric impedance （MBIA）,clinical assessment,laboratory examination,and imaging evaluation.Restricting fluid and salt intake,protecting the residual renal function,choosing appropriate style of dialysis and protecting peritoneal function of peritoneum in PD patients were reviewed.The results provide evidence for effective and accurate methods to assess volume overload of PD patients in clinical practice.Meanwhile,it help us to choose an appropriate volume management strategy to prevent the incidence of cardiovascular disease.
