中医护理研究护士培养模式构建与实践

Building and practice of cultivating mode of TCM research nurses

目的探讨中医护理研究护士培养模式的构建与实践,为更好地促进人才培养和学科建设提供借鉴。方法按照中医护理研究护士遴选标准选取12名护士作为培养对象,并从院内理论培训、实地参观学习和进修学习等几个方面强化培养中医护理研究护士。结果按照既定的培训计划实施培训,12名中医护理研究护士在理论知识、实践能力和自我评价方面均有显著提高(P<0.01),所有中医护理研究护士均已完成相关课题的论文1篇。结论以岗位职责为导向的培训能有效提高中医护理研究护士的素质,对开展中医护理科研工作起到积极作用。

Objective To explore the building and practice of cultivating mode of TCM research nurses,so as to provide references for better development of the personnel training and discipline construction.Methods Twelve nurses were selected according to TCM research nurse criteria and were trained on aspects of theoretical training within hospital,field visits and further study to strengthen the core competencies.Results Theoretical knowledge,practical abilities and self-assessment of the twelve TCM research nurses all significantly improved after training （P ＜ 0.01）.Besides,the completed one paper of the related topics was completed of all nurses.Conclusion The cultivating mode based on position statement of TCM research nurses can effectively improve the qualities of research nurses,and plays a positive role in improving research outputs of TCM.
