军队聘用制护理人员应急救援能力训练的实践与体会

The practice and experience of emergency rescue capability training among employment nurses in military hospitals

目的探讨军队聘用制护理人员应急救援能力训练的效果。方法建立护理应急组织体系,制订应急救援能力训练内容,由医院虚拟护理学组有效组织实施,将平时工作与应急救援训练相结合,注重专项技术分类培训与综合演练相结合。结果应急小组成员的理论与操作成绩逐年提高(P<0.05);科研能力水平还需进一步提高,整体综合成绩有所提高。结论将临床护理工作与应急救援训练相结合,是提高聘用制护理人员应急救援能力的有效方法,同时要注重聘用制护理人员应急救援科研水平的培养和提高,适应实战任务需求。

Objective To explore the effects of emergency rescue capability training among employment nurses in military hospitals.Methods The measures included establishing the nursing emergency management system,developing the contents of emergency rescue training and implemented by hospital virtual nursing group.The training was combined routine work with emergency rescue training,focused on the combination of special classification training and comprehensive exercise.Results The theoretical knowledge and skills of emergency response team members were gradually increased year by year （P ＜ 0.05）,the overall comprehensive performance was improved,but the level of scientific capacity need to be further improved.Conclusion Combining clinical nursing with emergency rescue training is an effective method to improve the emergency rescue ability of employment nurses.It is suggested to cultivate and improve the level of scientific research of employment nurses in order to adapt combat mission requirements.
