摘要
目的探讨新护士在静脉穿刺培训基地进行规范化培训的效果。方法对静脉输液及静脉抽血的流程、动作、用语进行规范化,运用统一的标准对697名新护士进行规范化培训,并评价培训效果。结果培训后静脉输液和静脉抽血操作成绩较培训前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论新护士在静脉穿刺培训基地进行规范化培训,可提高新护士的技术水平。
Objective To explore the effects of standardized training of new nurses in vein puncture training base.Methods Totally 697 new nurses were received standardized training.The effects of training was evaluated.The training course included standardized flow,action and language during vein puncture.Results The average scores of venous transfusion and phlebotomize by using unified standard drawing both improved significandy after training （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion The standardized training of new nurses in vein puncture training base can improve their technological nursing level.
