军医大学护理专业本科生培养目标的构建

Construction of the training goal of nursing undergraduates in military medical university

目的构建军医大学护理专业本科生培养目标。方法采用问卷调查国内护理专家、临床带教老师及护理专业本科毕业班学生。用Ridit分析法进行数据分析。结果根据调查结果,120个项目中,护理专家、临床带教老师及护理专业本科毕业班学生3者均认同的项目有72项(R值>0.5),均不认同的项目有30项。结论护理专业本科毕业班学生培养目标的构建为指导军医大学护理专业课程改革,提高教学质量,促进我国高等军事护理人才培养迈向国际水平。

Objective To construct the training goal of numing undergraduates in military medical university.Methods The domestic nursing experts,hospital clinical teachers and nursing graduates were investigated by a questionnaire.The Ridit method was used to data analysis.Results According to the survey results,a total of 72 training goals were identified with nursing experts,hospital clinical teachers and nursing graduates （R ＞ 0.5）,a total of 30 training goals were not.Conclusion Construction of the training goal of nursing undergraduates should to guild nursing curriculum reforming in military medical university,to improve the quality of teaching,and promote high military nursing training towards international standards.
