神经外科建立护理安全管理体系的做法与体会

Method and experience of establishment of nursing safety management system in the department of neurosurgery

目的探讨神经外科建立护理安全管理的方法及效果。方法建立由医院安全领导小组和临床护理安全小组组成的护理安全管理组织体系;建立并落实安全管理制度,包括重点患者身份识别标识、手术室安全核查、危急值管理、用药安全、护理技术操作安全、护理不良事件主动报告及安全隐患等管理制度;定期进行护理安全管理的质量控制等。结果护理不良事件发生率降低(P<0.01),患者对护理工作的满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论建立护理安全管理体系,使护理安全管理规范化,护理不良事件发生率下降,患者满意度提升。

Objective To explores the method and effects of nursing safety management system in the department of neurosurgery.Methods Many measures were taken,such as establishing the system of nursing safety management organization,which included the safety leading group and the clinical nursing safety team,establishing and implementing safety management system,which included key patients identification,operation room safety verification,crisis management,medication safty,nursing techniques operation safety,the report of nursing adverse events and safety concerns,regularly conducting quality control of nursing safety management,and so on.Results The incidence of nursing adverse events were decreased （P ＜ 0.01）,and patients satisfaction was increased （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The establishment of nursing safety management system can standardize the nursing safety management,reduce the nursing adverse events rate and improve patients satisfaction.
