摘要
目的测定莴苣子药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分以及浸出物的含量,为制定其质量标准提供科学依据。方法按《中国药典》(一部)2010版附录IX H中水分测定法(烘干法)、附录IX K中的灰分测定法和附录X A中的浸出物测定法测定。结果莴苣子水分含量4.21%~5.47%,总灰分为4.21%~15.79%,酸不溶性灰分为0.63%~2.45%,水溶性浸出物(热浸)量为13.01%~16.09%。结论莴苣子水分含量不超过6.0%,总灰分不超过11.0%,酸不溶性灰分不超过2.0%,水溶性浸出物(热浸)量不低于13.0%,所得结果为建立药材标准提供了科学依据。
Objective To determine water, total ash and extractives from Fructus Lactuca sativa and establish the quality control. Methods Samples were determined according to the procedures recorded in the Appendix IX H, IX K and X A of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) for water, total ash and water soluble extractives, respectively. Results The water content of Fructus Lactuca sativa were from 4.21% to 5.47%, the total ashes contents from 4.21% to 15.79%, insoluble ash contents from 0.63% to 2.45% and the content of water soluble extractives from 13.01% to 16.09%. Conclusion The water contents of Fructus Lactuca sativa were not more than 6.0% with the total ashes contents less than 11.0%. Acid insoluble ash contents were lower than 2.0% and the contents of water soluble extractives were higher than 13.0%. The results were suitable for the establishment of quality control for Fructus Lactuca sativa.
