垂盆草配方颗粒的质量标准研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立垂盆草配方颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对垂盆草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定垂盆草中槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素的含量。结果 TLC斑点清晰、分离度好,阴性无干扰。槲皮素进样量在0.015~0.300μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为96.7%,RSD为4.1%(n=6);山柰素进样量在0.005~0.100μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为3.7%(n=6);异鼠李素进样量在0.005~0.100μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均回收率为96.4%,RSD为2.1%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish a quality standard for Sedi Herba prescription granules. Methods The identification of Scdi Herba was carried out by TLC. The content of quercetin and kaempferol and isorhamnetin, was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots were clear with high resolution. Negative non-intrusive. The linear range of quercetin was 0.015-0.300lag (r = 1. 000 0), the average recovery was 96.7% (RSD=4. 1%, n=6); The linear range of kaempferol was 0.005-0.100μg (r = 0. 999 6), the average recovery was 97.6%(RSD=3.7%, n=6); The linear range of isorhamnetin was 0.005-0.100μg (r = 0. 999 0) , the average recovery was 96.4%(RSD=2.1%, n=6). Conclusion The methods was simple and accurate with good reproducibility which could be used for the quality control of Sedi Herba prescription granules.
