摘要
目前对研究实验基地绩效考核的研究主要在考核程序与过程等方面，有关对考核结果的得出及使用的研究较少。研究发达国家对研究实验基地绩效的考核以及在监督、管理、决策等方面的分析应用，对我国科研实验基地的绩效评估具有参考借鉴作用。
performance appraisal for research＆experiment bases are researched mostly in aspects of programme and process etc. but rarely in educe and use of results. The aspects of performance appraisal and its supervise, management and decision-making, of research＆experiment bases in development countries are explored, to have use for reference for these aspects of our country.
